Managed a one nighter.

[p]First trip out with the 16DB. All went well even in a little snow covered roads. Got to 6F last night and it stayed real toasty on LP. Heater ran at 65% duty cycle at 4am in case this is useful to some. Kept it close to home at around an hours drive to the NH border in Ashby MA. Dog friendly and even leashless this time of year which we enjoyed. Figured I'd post some pics.[/p][p]

There are many areas for improvement too. Foam plugs for some of those side vents and the roof vents, foam spray coat for the under side of the floor and such. We were pleased to have no condensation bar a little on the bathroom floor by the shower, Zero on the windows that is the bane of the old single pane crank out types of windows.



I slept in shorts only. The dog was a little more adventurous there....heh

We'll see how these fare for a few more trips before replacing them with scissors. For this trip they worked as advertised. And they may stick around for the duration. They are light.

[p]So after this trip we are wondering what the heck we will do with all the storage in this trailer. Two armfulls worth of stuff each and we were on the road. Don't think we even had 100lbs of gear in her.

This should work out famously. Life is good....so far.[/p][p]
[/p][p]And to add, we managed 14 mpg on this trip following advice given in a previous post, this up from 11 mpg, thanks for the tips and advice while hauling![/p]
