I will be staying Lot 028, arriving March 26, leaving March 29. My girls, beagle X and shiba inu X, will be accompanying me. Looking forward to meeting everybody.

BTW, many lots are very narrow, some only 8 feet wide. In addition to checking length, you might also check the width, if you want to use a slide-out or a tip-out bunk, like me.

I tend to forget about looking at the L and W of the sites. The QS can fit just about any site that allows a trailer.

It also sounds like it will be a dog owners meet up as well. We will have out Lab mix (Remi) with us as well :)

Thanks Leslie for the heads up.  I didnt read the width as well.  I was able to call and have my reservation changed to site#10.  OBTW if you cancel even today it's nearly $25 non-refundable.  Hence my reason to call reservations and have them change it rather then cancel and create a new reservation. One last note and I dont know have much a "slight" grade is but they do list the grade on the reservation site.

I couldnt agree more. I had a trip where it took me at least two nights of waking up with a splitting headache to figure out I was sleeping with my head slightly down hill. It wasnt noticable while laying down awake, but man I was hurting each morning with a headache and even some dizziness after standing up.

We stay at SC State Parks often. When we need to change a site, call the local campground office resulting little or no charge. In the past when something came up and we could not camp on a reserved date, called the local campground office to transfer the reservations to another date with little or no charge. We always make the initial reservations with Reserve America, unless we are 24 hours or less from the arrival date, then we deal directly with the campground office.

Looking forward to meeting everyone.

I have stayed at a campsite that had a grade. I used leveling pads to even the trailer side to side, and raising and lowering the tongue to make it level front to back. The only trick is not to use stabilizing jacks for leveling. They are only there to make moving around inside more comfortable and less rocky.

Ah - the other thing to remember is to take the leveling pads when you leave. :(

We're booked...in on the 27th for 4 nights!  Wooo-hooo! Staying in Loop B for now, but will call Tues. to ensure that the 'pull-thru' site reserved will accommodate our tow-rig which altogether exceeds the 35' posted on the Table Rock web site.  Does anyone know if the 35' is specific to the trailer alone?

We will be bringing 'Reba', our bully rescue and best girl ever!  Hoping Reba and Remi are similar in size and temperament for playtime.

Wow, looks like the LivinLite Gathering is turning into a great event!!!!!

We're looking forward to visiting with everyone!  :)

I believe the listed length applies to the RV, because they also say there is room for one or two vehicles. Who knew we would be arranging play dates for our dogs?

My girls are compatible with big or little dogs, just so long as they like to play!

Here's an example of one site:

Stepped off site 037 loop A earlier this week during my scouting trip.

It's 60' from the road to the back of the campsite and wide enough for two pickups to park side by side for 60'.

Description says:
Site Length: 30'
Maximum Vehicle length: 30'
Site Width: 13'

Vehicle length is the 30' camper length and also allows for TV & car or pickup.

Oops...my bad!  Wrong pic from last Mother's Day bull riding.........................

Here's the correct picture of Reba, our bully-lab mix rescue, and Buck, the hairy weiner.  Reba's coming with us...she's low maintenance, no issues and Momma goes few places without Reba Macktrucktire.  The Weiner, however, is often more trouble than he's worth.  Both are loving, but only Reba plays well with others consistently.  Buck has a 'short guy' complex and can be cantankerous.... (sorry to any short guys out there, no inferences intended  :-X).  We're looking forward to meeting everyone!
