Hi!  I just took delivery of a used 2012 13QBB--just in time to put it in storage for the winter  :P   But hoping to get some use out of it come spring time.  Here's a few pictures, including our Norwegian Elkhound mix checking it out.  My 1997 4Runner 3.4L V6 (manual transmission) seems to tow it well.  Also using the Prodigy Wireless RF brake controller.

My friends in Arlington VA have one like yours and love it. Congratulations.

Welcome & Congrats on your "new to you" 13QBB!

Looks like a nice rig & the Elkhound likes it too!

OMG we have two Elkhounds ! I didn't think anyone else knew what they were. We also went with the wireless controller.

Spoooky.

I hope you and your Norwegian Elkhound enjoy the camper. I once had a Norwegian Elkhound X. We called her the Perfect Dog.

I would like to apologize for gushing like a 14 year old girl.

But it's an Elkhound !!

Congrats on the new rig.

Looks like the pup's ready to go. Although i prefer an automatic for towing, I envy the manual transmission in the 4Runner. I miss manual transmissions; they are almost impossible to find now.

Thanks for all the "welcomes".  And yes, the Elkhound (Gunnar) has made himself right at home already--I had to coax him out with a treat!

Cheers,
Graham

Welcome! That rig looks familiar - was it on Craigslist recently? If so, I had considered it but it was a little too far for me to travel. As luck would have it a 13RDB came up about the same time and much closer. We pulled the trigger and are so excited to get out with it. I fretted over the floor plans a little but it turns out the RDB floor plan is going to allow us to more easily get two mountain bikes into the front of the trailer without as much finagling so we're really happy. And the mutt Mojo (1/2 Border Collie and 1/2 Aus. Shepherd) likes it too. He settled right in on our 3 night maiden voyage and even hung out alone for a few hours while we went riding. He hadn't ever been in a camper before so we were happy.

Hi Mojospeople, congrats on your 13RDB! I like that layout as well.  I found the 13QBB on rvtrader at a dealer in Alabama (12 hrs from home) which was a lot further then I was originally looking, but finding any realistically priced used CL's in the Mid-Atlantic area was proving to be a big challenge.

LOL, I talked to the dealer a few times about that camper! I hounded them for pictures because I found the listing before they had pictures up on it and they were quite nice. If it had been closer or this other deal fell through I might have beat you to it. I'm happy with our find though.

Ha, bit of a small world when it comes to used CampLite's! They really were nice to work with, much more so then many of the local dealers I talked to when initially looking at other manufacturers.
