We have recently purchased a 2015 Quicksilver 14XLP.  The main problem, other than the tent being manufactured "backward" which they have assured us they are sending a new one, is the air conditioner.  We have let it run throughout the day and in to the evening (the weather outside being approximately 70 - 78 degrees).  The unit is blowing out cold air, but is not cooling the camper off, at all.  The heater we have used and have had no problem with it heating the camper in not time.

Has anyone else had this problem with the air conditioner?  How cool does it get everyone else's camper?  Any information someone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Keeping in mind it is still basically a tent on wheels, the AC will only help to a point. I have the 10.0 and the AC should be doing a decent job in the upper 70s and a very noticeable job in the lower 70s. About the only time the AC didnt help was in mid July, in Florida, at 12 or 1 o'clock, and in direct sun.

I will also say I have found that with the placement of our AC unit it needs some additional help in circulating the cold air. We use a basic box fan to help keep things moving.

Does your unit have multiple levels of cooling? I know I can set my unit to a low fan, high fan, low cool, and high cool setting.
