I found it harder than my previous bumper pull trailers at first because I had gotten used to maneuvering with the pivot point at the bumper rather than at the rear truck axle.  I have gotten much better since we started actively camping again this spring.  Just take it super slow don't be in a rush.

Why go for a 5th wheel when you only need a 3rd wheel? LL's next product upgrade complements of the Smithsonian Archives.

LOL  Between a truck camper, pull behind and 5th wheel the 5th wheel is by far the best choice. And I will always have a truck so that's not an issue
Ahh..   good matchup.   Your 2500 is more than capable for this small 5th wheel.    I agree 5th wheel is the best choice for towing (that's why there are so many out there).  When I upgraded my trailer I drove with my old 16DB 8 hours to VA on day and turned around and drove halfw ay back the next afternoon with the 28RLS.   The bigger trailer seemed easier to tow and definitely more stable in cross winds and no porpoising.   Keep your eyes on the bridge hights though!    It might be lighter, but it's just as tall as all the other 5th wheels out there!

Best of luck getting yours on Saturday.

That's a hard one for me to answer.   It might sound funny, but I am really reluctant to say just because I don't want to be responsible for someone ripping the roof off of their trailer.   Depending on your hitch setup/truck, AC, where they put your antenna probably isn't too different from mine...but still the safe bet is to have the dealer break out a tape measure while you watch or measure it yourself while it's hooked up to your truck on a flat surface and round up.

Hi Paul!    No unfortunately unless you are talking about below the floor underneath the bedroom sink...the pump is hidden down behind/inboard from the HW heater.  The only way to reach it is from inside the front exterior storage area on the driver side.  I added an access panel to reach mine in the future:

 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000DZGM2C/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.

You can undscrew the panel inside the storage area closest to the HW heater with a square bit or add the access panel above.   Either way you have to get in there to bypass the HW heater anyway, so at least it's one-stop shopping so to speak.

I added this winterizing kit to make it easier since the pump is a PIA to reach.  https://www.amazon.com/Camco-36543-Pump-Converter-Winterizing/dp/B0006JJ588/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1478129539&sr=1-1&keywords=rv+winterizing+kit

Let me know if you have any questions.   I can take photos if you need.
