Interesting RV. At first I was surprised by the statement that it could be moved with an ATV. But then I looked at the pic with no toys, ready for towing and saw that the tongue weight would be very low. Actually I am surprised it isn't negative in that configuration. It sure needs the toys in front to make it road towable.

Also the "brilliant engineering" statement is also interesting in light of today's down engineered LLs. Obviously LL was a different company then.
