Hello!

I've yet to purchase a LivinLite, or any RV for that matter, but I am now convinced a LivinLite will be the best choice for me. Not sure which one, there are many options. But I think I'll find out soon enough. :)

Just dropped in to say hi ;)

Welcome. Let us know which one you eventually decide on

We love our 14dbs. Wish the bed was turned 90 degrees, so we do not have to crawl over each other at night thing, but otherwise, very satisfied.
We are retired hubby and wife, plus small Cairn Terrier, and Ridgeline tow vehicle, 250 HP, so not a huge hoss of a tow vehicle.  We keep it minimal and after 3 seasons still love our choice, easy to tow, easy to put on any campsite, no sway bars, no extended mirrors, and no weight distribution hitch required, and I can tuck it in beside my house for storage, and it cannot be seen from the road, due to its smaller size, the location and trees.  I like having it at my house, rather than a storage facility across town. Wished for you that this and the 16 still came in dual axles, as I like that margin of safety.

Good luck.  r

Thank you! I didn't expect such a detailed and useful answer.

On a completely unrelated note, it took me half an hour to find my own thread ::) . Didn't realize I'd been looking through my recent posts only (of which I only had one), not the thread itself. I hope I won't be so inept when it comes to actually purchasing the RV. :-/

While you're deciding what you're going to buy, you can read up on some "camping bloopers" we've all done some of at one time or another...it's an entertaining read! ;) http://livinlite-owners.com/thread/397/first-camping-trip-bloopers

You can also pass the time ny telling us about your inadequate tow vehicle.

Ineptness is what makes this forum so much fun. If you approach RVing with a good sense of humor, you'll have many happy miles in front of you.

I also appreciate the detailed reply about the 14dbs. We are looking at one of these when the time comes to replace or upgrade the QS10.

+1 on what Ron said about the 14DBS. I do understand some of the 16's still have dual axles, but I'm too lazy to look up which floor plans.

Hi Everybody,
Bought into the LivinLite Dream 2015 8.5x30. Owned a 37 Fleetwood Wilderness for the last 13 years. Great trailer but the tree limbs and lack of proper maintenance killed it. I learned my lesson hoping that the new trailer is as much fun. Pulled it home with 2500 HD extended cab long bed piece of cake. I will have to put on the mirror extensions if I go on a trip.
