We replaced the stock sink faucet with this one.  It only works with the city water connection, but that's OK with us.

Feel free!  That's why I posted the link to purchase the faucet.  We used a clean-out cover plate to fill the hole in the countertop.  You will find them in the plumbing department.

Just ordered mine. Thanks for tip on the clean-out cover plate. Never heard of that.

We purchased two cover plates and sandwiched the countertop between them.  I think we used 3", but measure the hole in your countertop to be sure.  We drilled a hole in them with a variable size drill bit from Harbor Freight to accommodate the diameter of the faucet shank.  We used a piece of rv water hose and various pipe to hose fittings so we can leave our city water hooked up under the sink all the time.
