Any experience with making a claim with Good Sam insurance?

The insurance rates from Good Sam seem quite good,and full replacement coverage doesn't cost much to add;  almost too good to be true.    Has anyone ever made a claim with Good Sam insurance?  Any other suggestions for RV insurance?  Thanks.

I have their insurance, but have not needed to make a claim. I also have roadside assistance, which I used for a flat tire. A truck showed up a half hour later. Not bad.
