Watch Zombie House Flippers! Now!

Well, not exactly right now. Zombie House Flippers is on FYI at 11:00 PM on Sunday nights. Our son worked on this show, which was shot in Florida, so we were able to spend some time with him on our winter trip. When the show is over, and it's time for the credits, slow it down or use the pause button, so you can read the credit for Assistant Camera. That's him! That's Evan Ewing! Best technician for putting cameras in interesting spots in order to capture just the precise angle to add extra interest to the shoot.

I just did a google search to learn more about these zombie house flippers. I'm disappointed to learn the houses aren't flipped by zombies.  

At first I had thought your son must be bad-ass (I mean that in a nice, complementary, 'walking dead' kind of way) to be able to film zombies doing house flips. Sounded risky. Now, knowing its only the houses that are 'zombies', the bad-ass-ness of your son is not a given. He might well have bad-assity but if he does he probably had it before hooking up with these house flippers. 

There sure are a lot of house flipper shows these days. I have a client who's sister is the host of 'Flipping Vegas'. I see Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi from 'Jersey Shore' and her husband have a house flipping show. So does Canadian white rapper Vanilla Ice. When Obama leaves office he should have a house flipp'n show -- perhaps 'The Presidential Flip' or better yet the 'Barrack Attack'. Flipping houses has to be a heck of a lot more fun than building a library or doing speaking engagements!

Zombie House Flippers has been picked up for a 2nd season, so my son is back in Florida, working. Yay!

I think if they had zombies doing the house flipping, that would make for an interesting show. I shared that with him. Maybe...

We are late to the ZHF show, but we are on our third show tonight. The camera work is amazing ?

You better believe it! Actually, what my son does is set up the camera for the view the director wants, calibrate the colors, and prepare any special effects. Then a union cameraman actually operates the camera.

My son has a reputation for setting up cameras in difficult areas, such as on the window of a helicopter, so that the filming will be smooth, and the camera can zoom in and out smoothly.
