Has anyone mounted a ladder to the back of their Camplite?

All:

I was wondering how advisable (or not) this would be - I'm considering doing this partially to get roof access, but also as a way to haul bicycles and other items.  I'm a little concerned about the aluminum skin's ability to hold any real weight via lag bolts.  Any one with experience on this?

Thanks

Thanks
The aluminum skin is way too thin to support a ladder. The only way to do what you want is to attach to the internal studs. They are only 1" x 1" so you have to aim carefully.
Any 20 minute job can be stretched
to a week with proper planning

Camping World called on my behalf. It is not recommended. I called, not recommended. But...

If you look at this video of the 16'er you will see lots of 2"+ targets in the rear. Still gotta aim careful though. I almost did it with a custom built ladder using wide thick square aluminum tube and angle. I am convinced it would work especially if the feet were supported on the rear bumper.

Now, supporting the feet on the bumper might be a huge problem in a fender bender. It may take out the rear wall. And I would never ever hang things like bikes off of a ladder installed on a Camplite. It would be light use only.

I went with the ladder Merlin linked to instead.
