micro wave in a 13 BHB ... where ?

Has anyone installed a micro wave in a 13 BHB and if you have where did you put it?

Thought about getting one when we first bought 2015 BHB However after 3000+ miles of camping so far this year, we realized we don't need one. A griddle, grill, rice steamer and an electric kettle is all we need. If ever we get one, it won't be mounted permanently.
