Weld issues on truck camper

Hi,
As part of my buying research, I am crawling all over any LL product that I can find with a flashlight and inspection mirror.

At a local dealership, I found a truck camper with a welding problem.  Specifically, a vertical member was was missing a weld, placing a greater load on the existing weld, and making that load asymmetrical.
