Others can correct me, but I think the reservation system works on the local hours of the park (Reserve America is used by several state park systems in several time zones).

I will post something when I have it done and let everyone know what spot I picked. Have the back end reservations done now just need to finish the front end of this 2 week trip.

OK my reservations are done. 20-24 July 2016 on loop M spot 46. Have all my reservations for a 2 week trip except for the first 3 days. Crater Lake RV park put me off until Jan 2016. Not worried can always find a place to camp on our way to Silver Falls.

I thought I was going to beat you to the best spot! Tomorrow AM, I will make my reservation for July 21 - 25. At least, that is the plan. My husband has surgery scheduled. I plan to take care of this while he is otherwise occupied.

OK it's time for the reminder I said I would post. For those going with us to Fort Stevens next July and who would like to make reservations early you are within the 9 month window between today and tomorrow depending on when you plan to get there. Today for those arriving on the 21st and tomorrow for those arriving on the 22nd.

this is a very popular camp ground and most of the sites are already booked. I would say that half of loop M was reserved when I made my reservation yesterday so if yo would like to stay in the same loop I suggest making reservations early

Reserve America will show you (on their site map) the available spots for your time period and you can filter by loop and spot. Some of use are already reserved in loop M. They will not accept reservations until 8 AM PST (I tried) and you will have to pay for your reservation in full at booking plus an $8 non-refundable fee.
