New Camper picking up my new camper--do I need a ball riser?

I'm picking up a 2014 QS 10.0 tomorrow. I just had a hitch installed on my Hyundai Entourage minivan. Hubby says the place where the ball goes is 9.5 inches off the ground. The place that installed the hitch did not provide the 2" ball. Hubby is at PEP boys to buy one (options in our area are limited) and is boggled by the different options and needs to know if we need a riser. We have contacted the person we are buying the QS from, but haven't heard back. What do we need to buy to be sure we can tow away our QS?
