My wife to be and I live in Minnesota.  We camp in the every early and late parts of the year. We enjoy camping, nature, and prairie chicken viewing.  We are getting married next Spring and would like to purchase a basic Quicksilver 10.0 with just the LP package (stove and furnace) as we camp when there is ice and snow on the ground.  We will take this Quicksilver on our honeymoon. When you are in your 50's it is OK to go camping for your honeymoon:) Who ever said you need a fancy hotel room? We have no need for A/C in Minnesota.

We have been looking for about six months but have not found one locally that has not been loaded to the gills if you can even find one.  If anyone on this forum has any ideas or could point us in the correct direction we would be most greatfull.  We will be pulling it with a 2013 Honda CRV with a four cylinder.

Thanks for your thought!

[font size="3"]Good luck on your search, but don't let the presence of AC deter you. Most used campers will probably have AC and it will help you on resale if and when you trade up. If you buy one with AC and decide you really don't need it you can remove and store it to prevent deterioration. You can use the extra space in the mean time.

When you say "for our honeymoon", do you mean "in time for our honeymoon", or "to rent and use for our honeymoon" ?
Let's eat, Grandma !

Just a thought but if you are planning on new I would think next spring would give plenty of lead time to order one from the factory. Do you have a dealer near by that has a relationship with LL?
