Do NOT buy a Coleman QS. We bought an 8.0 and just had our second trip ruined by mild rain. The pop up leaks in all four corners. We had an '84 Coleman and upgraded to this piece of junk. In addition to leaky seams, part of the canvas is sewn incorrectly and the water faucet hook up does not work. Hugely disappointing. 

Did you buy your Coleman QS from a dealer new or was it used? Even if purchased used from a dealer, I would take it back and have them fix or replace the canvas. The water faucet seems to be an issue. It has been discussed on several threads here.

Heading out to San Diego for a week on the beach with our QS10.0! Thank you all so much for all your help.  Other than an issue with the WFCO burning out fuses when hooked up to shore power and not charging the battery, its definitely exceeded our expectations.

My experience is the leaky corners are due to water pooling up in the corners.  If you pull down a bit and re-adjust the bimini top - it won't pool up and won't leak.
