David, we did an 8 week trip to P.E.I. and Nova Scotia. We LOVED Nova Scotia and would go back in a heartbeat. While there, we were told that if we liked N.S., we would really like Newfoundland....but the ferry costs are mighty steep. You just made me revisit that trip in my mind.....thanks! My wife and I were saying this weekend that we need to add Nova Scotia to our list of places to go.  She used to camp there as a kid with her family.  She loved it.

This year will be the Smoky Mountains for the big trip, so it would be in a subsequent year.  Of course my list also includes Bryce, Zion, Yellowstone, Glacier, Mesa Verde, Grand Canyon (again)...
