Screened in awning

We want to buy a good quality "screen in" for the awning. I believe the awning for the 21 RBS is 18' long. Any suggestions?? Thanks.

We bought the Patty O'Room by Dometic for our 16TBS. They come in customizable lengths (in 2 foot intervals) and have privacy panels that can be zipped over the screens. We knew we needed the space when we compromised on buying the 16 instead of the 21. However, I can't offer any use-based review because there's been deep snow and cold weather ever since we purchased the screen room and we haven't installed it yet! The materials are high quality and the instructions look fairly straightforward. The only downside so far is that it's heavier than I thought it would be. I was expecting a fairly lightweight nylon (tent type) screen room but this is heavier material. Rugged, but heavy. I'll be able to post back with use review in a couple of months.

I have researched this and look forward to your feedback. The only alternative to the Patty o Room is the Vacationer from Carefree of Colorado. IF it would work with the trailer, it is pretty expensive, but looks very well made. Where did you purchase your room from?? Keep in touch when it warms up. Need to know what you think. Where will you store it when " en route ?"

We bought the Patty O Room through Amazon. We got the starter kit plus 2 additional panels to fit the 11 foot awning. It will be a bit less that 11 feet wide since we didn't want to cover the window with the room wall. You may have noticed in photos that one edge of the awning goes right over the front window on the 16TBS. Very odd. We plan to carry it in the rear of the TV in its travel case. When we install it to try it out (probably at least a month 'till the snow melts here), we'll be sure to post back with notes, photos, and parts list. If anyone wants more details, photos of it folded up, or parts list now, just let me know.

We have been using the stand-alone PahaQue Screen Room for a few years. It's nice to be able to move it to wherever we need it -- when the sun is beating down, it can be moved to a shadier spot and increase our outdoor living space. It can also be erected or plopped over a picnic table.
