Creak/Groan from Floor

Background: I keep my '16 21BHS trailer up at a storage garage and I was just up there putting some stuff away.  As I walked around I heard a creak/groan coming from what appears to be the floor area.  I do NOT have the stabilizers down.  It's getting hot today here in Texas...it's just about 90 degrees outside and maybe warmer inside the big aluminum storage garage where it sits.  

Question: I've not heard any groans or creaks like this before.  Is this normal?  Could it be a product of the heat and the aluminum expanding some and rubbing?  Could the frame be settling in from having trailered it around some?  Am I going to go insane and lose my mind from creaks and groans...you can't answer that one...I'm likely too far gone anyway....

Anyway, appreciate any real world insight.  Thank you...

[font size="3"]I would not be concerned with it, as long as you're sure there are no critters aboard. Heat and changing temps can cause such things. However, if you hear it again and you're away from the CL, I'd seek professional help    .

We have one spot in our trailer that has always creaked. It's annoying, but not enough to do anything about it. We just don't step on that spot when the kids are sleeping...

Ok, good to know.  Thank you for the responses...  Just wanted to make sure I didn't get the, "No way, no how...not on these babies..."

Well, it depends. Was it a groan like a Walker or Geek or Zombie ? If so, stay out of the bathroom.

If it was like a floor creaking, I would avoid stepping on that spot again. You might want to post some caution tape, say a 12" radius around where you were standing. Just for safety.

My only other theory is was there someone using the bathroom at the time ?

Floor creaking. Killed all zombie in area before I opened the shed...my normal procedure.
