New solid counter top with stainless sink

I wonder since the sizes of the LL models are the same, I was wondering if the company has a contact for information on purchasing a solid counter top and stainless sink. Since they are standard size for instance they could surely be installed by our plumber. Wonder what the weight difference would be?

I meant the LL model sizes haven't changed although some of the materials have. Sink and counter size should the same. Wonder what the cost would be to purchase and install both.

You could probably buy it from them but depending on where you are freight might kill you. I would also think you could install it yourself depending on your mechanical skills. I replaced the countertop in a 16 DB we owned and had no issues installing the sink and making the water/plumbing connections. I would just glue (power shot) the solid countertop down and the rest would be easy. Call Don at Livinlite and see if they would sell the parts you want. Your dealer may be able to source them from Livinlite for you also.

Corian is surprisingly easy to work with. A neighbor who had been in the countertop business gave me a couple of small sheets leftover that he had in his garage. I was able to make two bathroom counters, plus some custom matching shelves.

Carbide saw blades is s exotic as the tooling gets.

Factory said they can be installed at factory. They want vin number to make sure it is not special order.

Please keep this thread updated if you can. That's one of the things I didn't quite care about my VRV - wish it had the solid surface counters. Curious what the price is.
