Curtain by Bathroom on 21BHS

I saw a few others put a curtain up in their 21BHS and decided to do one as well. My wife wanted some privacy while getting dressed now that our son is getting older. Also, when my son goes to sleep we can put it up to block light and some sound while we stay awake a little longer out in the main area.

Here's a few pics. The curtain is a blackout curtain.  Everything is from Walmart. The Command hooks are mounted to the ceiling and hang down. I will likely get a few more hooks just in case. So far I like this method since we can take it down and out it away completely. I don't like a lot of "stuff" out.

I will likely put the exact setup right in front of the Queen bed for some nighttime privacy as well.

Your post inspired me to do the same thing but a little different approach.

We're very happy with the way it turned out.

I really like your setup a lot.  I sent you a PM.

Very nice job by both of you! We may do something similar to our 21BHS as well. Thanks!

Can the track be purchased at lowe's or homedepot? Also, do you think velcro would hold it to the ceiling? I don't want to use screws in the roof.
Thanks

I purchased my tract at IKEA.  Regarding your reluctance to put screws in the roof...it took 2 - 1/8" pilot holes in the CEILING...there is approx. 3" to 4" spacing between the ceiling and the roof so you are providing an opening to the outside with your screw holes.

Are or are not? A typo I hope.

Hope are not making an opening but this is good info to know there is space.

Thanks
I like Happy Kampers evolution of this better than mine.  I used Command hooks...I'm not sure if Velcro would do it honestly.  Once I know my wife will use this regularly, I will likely copy Happy K's solution.

We have two teen boys who have been on our first two trips getting cleaned up and then going outside to wait on Mom to get ready. I bought the command strips today and the curtain. I am going to try to put the strips up past the slide out toward the master bedroom area so they can stay in the camper and sit watching tv on our bed while Mom gets ready. It's hot outside!

Happy Camper will you put a link to the track etc. you used?
Thanks

it WAS a typo....it should read "so you  are NOT providing an opening to the outside with your screw holes

Hi HappyKamper.  Did you mount the track to the aluminum frame?  If so, how did you find the studs?  Does Livin Lite have schematics for the trailers so one can find the frame dimensions/stud locations?
