Sunny Island RV has a 2016  16TBS with two steps.   I assume this is due to the larger tires; I can't tell if it has the off-road package .  I know some folks have wanted to modify the single step; perhaps the framing was not modified and this double step part might fit pre-Thor units.  Or it may hang too low.   Just thought others might want to look into the option of getting that double step.

Fro the pictures of the single axle mounted where the aft axle of the two axle version was and the dual propane tanks and the electric jack, there must be some serious tongue weight on that rig.

442 lbs of tongue according to the data plate on our new 16' TBS.

We ordered the off road package and have the double step.

Besides the larger tires, there is also a 3-4" spacer between the axle and the frame.  I have seen a 16TBS (with the spacers + 2 step) in person as well as ones on-line and they all are "raised" up similar to the one at Sunny Island.  It seems the center of gravity is approximately 5" higher.

Man, the only thing wrong with that rig is single axle instead of dual.

Plus, the company being rat-bastards and all.

But aside from that, I mean.
