dirt bike on rear deck?

i've seen many mod's where people have placed d-rings and the like to tie down their stuff.  i've gotten info on there being no weight limit listed because the deck is an extension of the frame.  and that what ever weight is placed on the deck might make the towing a little kattywampus.  i have extra stuff to put in the camper to equalize the weight.

so what i want to do is mount a motorcycle rail and put a dirt bike on there that weighs ~150lbs.

any thoughts, ideas, etc?

thanks,
kellye

I think you will be fine. No problems weight wise as long as you move some weight forward.

Agreed, if you have the rear deck I think you should be able to simply bolt on a bike rail like this one http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200244874_200244874 and then use any attachment points you like. Even something as simple as these bolted down would work http://amzn.to/1SwyIOg

The only thing I'd worry about might be strapping it down since the angle of the straps might be more acute, therefore the motorcycle could be top heavy and it could be tippy... If you feel confident that it's solid, then  why not. 150 lb dirt bike? is it like a pit bike, an 80/100 ish?

i'm short, 5'4" woman and a 125cc dirt bike is my size.

What trailer do you have? I think some of the smaller QS have the axle moved forwards based on if they have a rear deck.(At least from some of the pictures I have seen.)
