Yes, I did that on mine.

It involved a couple of valves, and a T.

And you are correct, it is a bit tight in there.

Let me get some pictures for you over the next couple of days.

I just installed one, its a tight fit, to make it easier I cut the feed line and installed a elbow, (90 degree). I just have to rearrange the filter.
