Our 2014 path pulls it ok but nothing to brag about but then I am not one to ever care about bragging about anything except maybe my avatar on here! lol
You for sure know there is a 21 bhs behind you and i was hoping 1,000 more lbs with the new 2017 model would help that some so i can keep my regular daily mpg of a mid size suv for camping less than 10 times a year from buying a larger suv with low gas mileage. We want to go to Gatlinburg and other elevated landscapes without chugging along like some of the 18 wheelers we have seen in the past. We really want the family feel of the suv rather than a crew cab truck since we have sons pre-high school.

Our shudder was fixed with a recall that my main dealership never picked up on but was getting oil changed at another dealership and they told me there had been a recall for months on it. Took it back to them and no shudders since.
2014 pathfinder pulls it ok but could use more power for hills. Wonder if 24 more horse power and 19 more lbs of torque with 1,000 more towing capacity would make a difference.

Looking at trading for an improved 2017 Nissan Pathfinder for towing our 2013 21bhs.
We want more ease on towing but don't want to go with a much bigger suv for everyday use.

Does anyone cover yours if so what is the best cover to use? Where to purchase and price? How do you make sure you are ordering the correct size?

We pull our 21 bhs with a 2014 pathfinder. We are looking at trading soon for something that pulls more than 5000lbs. It pulls fine but doesn't have the power it needs to pull loose gravel hills coming out of campgrounds. You know you are at peak pulling most of the time. Like the gas mileage for everyday use with pathfinder so contemplation is to trade when we will camp a few weeks a year and do normal no pull driving the rest of the year. We also own a highlander. Get something that will pull over 6000 to enjoy towing a wonderful camper! We love our 21bhs!

so the vents we need to check on the 21 bhs are on the side not the roof I think? We were gone this week and the fridge isn't cold enough pretty much sounds like this may be our problem. Going to take a look at it and see. Lowest I have seen it is 47 and much higher as the day warms up.

A man had one at the baseball game the other day running a couple of fans and it was so quiet that I forgot it was even running. Much more quiet than the ac in our 21 BHS.  It was a Honda but checking the rating champion and honda are rated about the same for sound.

Anyone own a champion brand? They look pretty good have the electric start that I want and also dual fuel so you can run propane or gasoline. Southern camping ac is a must for sure June-August for sure and sometimes late Sep. Quiet hours in camp grounds? Most of the generators I have looked at aren't as loud as the AC on our camper so I don't think anyone would know the difference if you ran a generator when you are running an ac. New to camping and learning!

Wow that looks great! love that there is no edge to wipe around the sink. Saving the pic for when I take the plunge and get it changed out.

Would love to go to this. Oregon would be beautiful but the distance would not be great. Hope next year there can be one in a more centralized part of the states and hope it is posted early as this one was so we can plan to attend. Hope you all have a fun and safe trip.

Our local  dealer stopped selling a couple of years ago which is why is took so long to get the nerve up to purchase and when we heard of all the changes being done it was a no brainer for us to try to find our 2013 model. In fact we drove 13 hours one way to buy ours used but in brand new condition. The reason for our dealer to stop carrying CL was due to quick turn around on cheaper models of other brands. People aren't thinking about the rot and rust when they are looking at the new models only people who research and think about the future after a few years and the troubles.  I would look for an older model that had been taken great care of. You will love it, we do, and they are getting harder to find.

For sure... have had other brands and the floor rot and other things to worry about is the reason we were sold on CL. Hope we never have to replace ours but if we do we will go with another brand. Aluminum is the way to go and this was the only type we found with much research.(Why be like all others...different is special!) There is a market for special.
