Thermostat?

[/p][p]My A/C is currently only controlled by the knobs on the ceiling mounted A/C unit/bezel.  Much like the crappy heater thermostat, there is very little indication of what temperature you might get...[/p]

[font size="3"]Dometic makes wall mounted thermostats that control both AC and furnace and Honeywell does too. They are used on other trailers such as RPOD. However, the problem will be in running the cables from the stat location to the AC and furnace. The AC, through the ceiling, will be the hardest. I suspect the hookup to the AC would be fairly straightforward, though I've not looked into it. If you're inclined, start with the Dometic documentation on stats and ACs to determine the how to. If you're successful, write it up and you'll be a local hero.
