We bought a Quicksilver 6.0 last summer and had it out camping about 6 times in 3 months.  We have a number of trips reserved for the coming months. Now if we can get rid of the snow in upstate NY

admin

Good luck with the snow. I have family in Stillwater and every time I hear from them it seems like another storm is coming in, or just passing.

I wish I had found the 6.0 years ago before my family started growing. I love how convenient it is to just hook up and go with something so small. At least the 10.0 is still VERY manageable with just about any vehicle.

Cant wait to hear about the upcoming trips this year :)

Hello from Minneapolis!  Forecast for this evening is "Winter Weather Advisory from Tue, 4pm until Wed, 7am CDT."  Think I'll leave the winter tires on the RAV4 a bit longer.

Hello from Birmingham!  I would tell you about our forecast, but that would be unkind.

Our 6.0 will be venturing out soon.  It's time to go camping!!!

We were able to attach our existing 12 X 12 camping tarp by adding a zipper that mates to the 6.0.

Love my little 6.0. It is so easy to tow. I do wish that PahaQue made a tent room for it like they do for the T@b trailer. I don't like my screen room at all and leave it at home for most trips.

It looks like you have popup gizmos on the top of your 6.0.  Is that what they are or did you make your own solar covers for your 6.0?

Yes they are gizmos. I took a regular and a high wind and attached them with a long strip of heavy Velcro. They sure make a difference in the heat!!

When you purchased them did you need to provide measurements or did they already have the sizes available for the QS6?

gregcolumbus

I had to measure it and gave + 2 inches to attach the two with a Velcro strip. Reg for the top... high wind for over the bunk-end.
