Definitely going back soon.  Want to go to the North Shore (Minnesota) next trip to the Big Lake
We have loved the North Shore for many years since our son went to UM-Duluth. There's lots of camping, and there was one campground that I kept spotting but never stayed in. It's [a href="http://www.ci.two-harbors.mn.us/index.asp?Type=B_BASIC&SEC=D6964D96-3DD2-41BA-97F4-6707A6E46348"]Burlington Bay Campground[/a] in Two Harbors MN. When I made the reservation I managed to get Site 26, so on-the-water that I said if you turned the wrong way going to the washroom you'd get your feet wet! (Not really but it was close.) The washroom is porcelain and has showers, but maybe a little, um, primitive, but that depends on your tastes. When we arrived (!!!) there was a thousand-footer (Presque Isle) upbound heading into Two Harbors (Agate Bay) to load at the ore docks. Five minutes drive and we could watch her come in, while another one went out! Two Harbors is charming. You're just minutes from Betty's Pies (go!!), twenty minutes from Duluth...  There's plenty to see and do here. If you click on any of the pictures below it will take you to my Flickr album for this trip and you can look around at some of the other stuff in the area, such as display steam engines ... Too much to natter on about!  :D

Thanks!  We love him!  Mojo is 1/2 Border Collie and 1/2 Australian Shepherd. Momma was a little black and white BC and daddy was a big red merle Aussie. He's a really great dog. Loves people, other dogs and is always up for doing whatever we are doing.  He'll be 9 in a few weeks.
We have 2 B&W BC's and they also do whatever we do. Of course even the king bed in our 16TBS is not large enough; they take the whole thing. FYI, I sent you an email with some photos of the piano hinge mod.
