2012 CampLite 16' BHB with Tip-Out

One owner 16' CampLite named "Bob Patrick" — seeking a good home. Why Bob Patrick? He was purchased on St. Patrick's Day 2012, and partly financed by funds provided by the owner's Dad, "Bob."  Bob Patrick has provided weeks of joy in our family.  Has all options available at the time we purchased this trailer (TV, A/C, tip-out bunk, bike-loading door and more. See photo of the sticker). We added under-counter and in-cabinet lighting, multiple hooks to hang clothing and gear, etc.

BP is a pre-Thor CampLite. We have had ZERO problems. Everything is just as Livin' Lite promised — towable with a small SUV, multi-generational quality (you can't wear out a CampLite), no wood/no mildew/no rot. Every time we enter BP, the aromas are fresh and clean. Try that after a couple of years in a less expensive trailer made with wood and fiberglass!

Why are we selling? We have loved camping so much of the past two years, we are purchasing a Class A to spend more time doing what we love. This is your chance to purchase a rock-solid, absolutely wonderful all aluminum travel trailer — with a name!

We have towed Bob Patrick with a 2001 Highlander (you'll see it in some of the photos), which has a 3,500 pound limit. No problems at highway speeds from Atlanta, GA, to Cleveland, OH, including the mountains of West Virginia — in torrential rain! We are currently pulling BP with a 2013 4Runner, which has a 5,000 pound limit. But with a dry trailer weight of roughly 2,400 pounds, the Highlander handled BP nicely — proving Livin' Lite's claims that most standard SUVs will do just fine.

The tip-out is an important option.  It hugely increases the space, airflow, and light inside the trailer. You'll see a photo of our grandson spending an afternoon in the tip-out. The forward bed (60" x 80" standard queen sheets) converts to a dinette. See the photos.  We also LOVE the extra "load-in" door at the rear of the trailer, allowing us to load gear into the trailer (bikes, large boxes, etc.), that we wouldn't want to carry up the steps and through the normal entryway door.

Available for $18,100. Happy to answer questions! Also happy to include assorted accessories with the sale — 35 gallon Thetford SmartTote, rolling storage lockers, extra LP tanks, X-chocks, etc. Let us know what you have. We'll let you know what we've used for camping with Bob Patrick and why.

Hello Tony,

I'm sorry for the long delay since January 2, when you asked about whether our CampLite 16 BHB is still available.  I thought I had this board set to send notifications of new posts, but apparently I missed some setting.  Apologies.

Yes, it is still available.  If you would like additional photos, or have questions, email me through this forum — or at jrpeck@gmail.com.  Happy to talk by phone, too.

Random side question but do you have any relation to Blair Peck?

No worries about random side question  ;-)  but no relation, as far as I know!

[/quote]Yes, Bob Patrick is still available.  We just returned from a 2 week trip in GA, FL, and SC.  Sorry to be slow responding to your post.  Let us know if you would like photos or information?  If you can't reach the photos on this forum, no problem.  Just send the email address to which you would like photos sent?

With thanks!

Been a long time since the last post about your trailer.   Is this unit still available and if so where are you located? What is the width?  Have more questions but may be sold.    I am from Illinois but will travel as needed.   Have a vacation week after July 4th.   Thanks from      Cityarborist@att.net
