Do the seats of the dining area on the 21bhs have storage areas? If you have pics please add.

[font size="3"][font face="arial"]The short answer is no. The long answer is there is unused space available, but it would take some work to make it accessible. Most of the under seat space is occupied by the wheel well. There is a small amount of unused space at the end of each bench, but it would take adding a door, a [/font][/font][font size="3"][font face="arial"]partition and a [/font][/font][font size="3"][font face="arial"]floor, to each side so it would follow the slide.  Probably not worth the effort  considering the considerable storage available in the trailer.

Charlie is right. Each bench is hollow, but built like a facade. There is no bottom or back. You could turn it into storage, but you might get a pair of shoes in each bench.
