Anyone know if this is the replacement faucet needed? https://www.amazon.com/Water-Systems-DS3700BPW-Polar-Faucet/dp/B003VAUO70

Also do they use same faucet for all year models of QS? Thanks

Yes that would be the direct replacement and yes as far as I know is the same across all years.
If you are going to replace it you may consider  a slightly different model. I replace my factory one with this http://amzn.to/2bQIaj7 . It's a stronger pump in my opinion and only requires a slightly larger hole in the counter.

I looked at a YouTube video of a guy replacing the faucet pump on his 10.0 with this Leisure Components model. He claimed that there wasn't enough room to install the Leisure Components pump in the same location as the original, because there was an aluminum frame component under the back edge of the sink counter. He ended up installing it on the left back corner instead. Were you able to install this new faucet pump in the right back corner, in the same place the old faucet sat?

I had forgotten about the frame rail. I don't know if that rail is consistent across years or models.  That was an early video of mine and I've since removed the sink and countertop all together.
I still think the leisure components is worth the effort over the factory unit. However thank for the reminder about the frame rail and to the OP I'd you do change up the model be sure to check for clearance before deciding.
