Add A/C or couch and dinetter

Hello,  is it possible to add A/C to any unit?  I saw a VRV online that I'm interested in, but it doesn't have an A/C unit. It is a VRV 8.5x22 base camp model.  I would like to have an A/C, it can get hot out here in the summer. Also, can I order a fold out sofa and dinette to add to a unit.  There is another unit I have found, but it doesn't have a fold out sofa or dinette.  That one is a 8.5x18.  I need the sleeping area that the sofa/dinette adds. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.

ALL VRV's have been prewired for A/C in place of the A/C, we use a normal 12V Vent.  You would just remove the vent assembly and install the AC in that location using the 120V wire. If the 8.5x18 is a Base Camp unit (2 tip outs), there would not be enough room to add either the sofa or dinette.
