Build Date on a 16 TBS

Is the build date, the date on the side of the TT?

Completion date I believe.

I have no idea if this is consistent, but the date on ours is the date it was ordered, not the date it was completed and delivered. Maybe they slap the date/spec sticker on the frame when it rolls out of the frame welding area? Just a guess.......
