Need info!

1st time camping in our 2013 21 bhs. Green about camping things need some pro help. City water is hooked up, water is coming out of fresh tank on ground. Is there something we need to do?

leaking out of the fresh water tank like it is over full at the place where you put the hose to fill it up.

[font size="3"]I assume you mean the water is running out the FW fill port on the side. If this is so it usually means the check valve in the water pump is not closing. It could just be some dirt/sand/construction residue got stuck in the valve. With water in the tank and the city water turned off, turn the pump on and open and close a faucet so the pump starts and stops. You're trying to dislodge whatever from the check valve so allow the pump to cycle several time. Good luck.

[font size="3"]If you can't clear the check valve a work around is to disconnect the city water and use the pump. You may have to turn off the pump when you're not using water since the check valve won't hold pressure, but you won't lose the camping trip. Refill the tank from the filler port as needed.
