I don't care if it's a car, house, RV, or any other product. You want to be mad and that's your choice. However yelling about your issue on a forum where it is noted that the factory pops in from time to time is not going to get the satisfaction I think your looking for. My personal experience with build quality is very different than yours but I would expect it to be since we have very different models. If you have a complaint that absolutely needs to be heard by the company I suggest you lodge it directly with them. Good luck.[/quote]

Again, I am talking specifically about LivinLite trailers..not just any contractor. They need better  control on quality control in production, period.
Not mad, just a bit disgusted, where you get yelling I do not know.
I made my statement, I don't expect anything to be done about it, I like my trailer, end of discussion.
Move on.

Yea, quality control seems to be a problem with mine too. Shavings everywhere broken wires, over heating of neutral bar, leaking behind marker lights, poor porch light, uneven cabinet alignment, sharp corners and why did they use silicone to seal the exterior it is peeling off. Buuuuut I like my camper.

These all sound very similar to mine. Silicone issues, lack of caulking or missing caulking, water leaks, aluminum shavings everywhere, screws missing, loose, or broken off in places etc It all seems like it would be solved if their quality control was better. Have someone inspect the unit and vacuum it out prior to sending it to dealers.

Livin Lite probably consider it a cost cutting measure to not clean the unit before shipping it out. If they had to pay someone an hour's wages to clean the unit that's lost profit. Its too bad. I like my trailer and if they had someone inspect them before shipping I bet it would solve a ton of problems.

On our 2010 CampLite 11, aluminum chips were shaking out of the upper cabinets for a year after purchasing new. Also resealed running lights and one seam on the roof, after those repairs the Mighty 11 was trouble free and tough as nails until we sold it earlier this year!
