[div]It seems that the door openings on my 6 month old 21 BHS are constantly
changing causing the doors, especially the screen door to bind.  Does the
structure flex that much? Has anyone else experienced this.

My screen door has required adjusting several times so that it will stay closed when we want. I assume the vibrations going down the road cause this.

Not on my 14DBS and even though I just got it this year I have close to 10,000 miles on it since then. It's still as tight fitting as when I bought it. Could be the size difference I am sure there is much more stress on the 21 foot compared to the 14 foot.

I only have about 350 miles on my 21RBS, it was driven over some crapy roads, (Cross Bronx Expressway) and some just as bad roads in Pa. Nothing seemed out of sorts, though time will tell.

About two years and 6,000 miles on my 21BHS and nothing as of yet.

[/div]
Are you talking about the front door and or the bathroom door? Or cabinet doors? You could check to see if any of the door frame screws are lose or missing.

Speaking of door problems, several of my cabinet doors were dragging on their frames. A little shim stock inserted between the frame and door hinge fixed the problem. If you don't have store-bought shim stock old credit cards will work just fine. Paint the exposed edge with a Sharpie so it won't be noticeable.

Are you using the stabilizer bars for levelling the unit?  If so, it can add an enormous amount of stress (flex) to the frame.  I haven't observed this problem on my 21 RBS, but then I have only had it for 1 week!  Keeping my fingers crossed.

If properly deployed, the stabilizing jacks shouldn't flex the trailer, I generally just make contact with the ground and thats it. IMO they're there just to stop the trailer from bouncing around when occupied, not help level it.
