[p]OK, getting close to reaching out to a dealer to talk to and would very much appreciate your input.[/p][p]
[/p][p]First, where does the sewer hose go? In most others that I have looked at there is a separate storage area for it, did I miss it?[/p][p]
[/p][p]Second, what options would you recommend that I consider especially those that are not listed on the website?  (Like, a stove/oven, a black water flush, is a mascerator toilet possible?, will they install HepVo sanitary waste valves [a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2QV6drbFbK0"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2QV6drbFbK0[/a], can I get a different color trim on the inside other than the black, is 50 AMP service available to be installed, etc.)  Please add any you have thought of after owning it.[/p][p]
[/p][p]Also, any thoughts on the new floor?  Should I get the floor insulation along with that or not ....[/p][p]

It looks like most camplites come with a small sewer hose carrier. It's basically a small capped ABS pipe that hangs beneath the trailer. Mine didn't come with one, but I'm adding a larger one so it will fit a longer hose as well as the fittings.

I ordered mine with the XL package, A/C, off-road package, high-powered vent, and spray on insulation. I'd recommend all of them except the spray on insulation. It's just too thin to do much.

The high powered vent is a Heng's Vortex. It's pretty powerful, but it's noisy and feels cheap. I'm in the process of upgrading the main vent to a Fan-tastic vent and moving the Vortex over the bed as a backup. I'd see if they could install a Fan-tastic vent instead of the Vortex.

Personally I'm not a big fan of the built-in black water flushers because it creates a potential area for leaks and the one I had previously wasn't very effective. I'm using a wand instead.

Those HepVo valves look interesting, but I don't really see the advantage. P traps don't take up much space and if your tank is properly vented you shouldn't ever have gases escaping. I think this valve is much more likely to fail (or get a piece of food stuck in it) than a P-trap would.

50Amp service shouldn't be necessary for a 21' trailer. It's usually only used if your unit has multiple A/C units. Providing 50 amp service would require a different converter/breaker panel that probably wouldn't fit in the existing location (it's already very tight).

The new floor looks great, but I'm actually a fan of the bare aluminum. As I said in the beginning, I wouldn't go for the insulation unless they've switched to a foam type insulation (the one I have is ceramic).

I too was skeptical when ordering the back flusher, especially since LL didn't seem too gung-ho about it. The one in the RPOD was weak and took forever to fill the tank. Aftermarket models also had a tiny orifice and would be prone to clogging. However the system LL installed has a much bigger orifice in the tank and fills much faster. Probably not prone to clogging. Their installation included the backflow preventer and vacuum breaker and works very well. It feeds the tank on the end with the drain so the spray shoots across the tank and should break up  accumulations around the input. It's off centered too so it will set up a swirling action. It seems to work and I like it. Only time will tell if it develops a leak.

I'm glad it's better than the RPod version. Ours did develop a leak... and it clogged... and it didn't work worth a darn  :(. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, so I'm sure you can understand why I didn't order that option. I guess your mileage may vary.

The primary reason I want to flush is to avoid the "Poo Pyramid". For those not familiar, it's when all the solids accumulate beneath the tank inlet and all the liquids drain away. After repeating this cycle too many times it gets to the point that nothing can enter the tank. built in flushers are usually on the side of the tank and will make a nice little whirlpool around the pyramid. The wand lets me point the water directly at the pyramid since it's coming through the inlet itself. If I were to design my own black flusher I'd make it like one of these dishwasher spinners:

but pointing down into the tank so it breaks up any deposits.

Of course if LL would install a macerating toilet that would help the issue a lot. Anyways, sorry for the tangent. I guess in terms of what options to get now you've got a few different data points to work with.

I was installing my surge protector this afternoon and out of the corner of my eye I saw a HepvO under the bath. So it looks like LL is already using them in tight spaces. I suppose since they already have them on hand you could request them to use one on the sink as well.
