Not really a question but more of a heads up.  Cabinet corners are really sharp and when they are at head level potentially dangerous. I posted 3 pics on how I address it. I hang a string from the corner of the cabinet and I can't get near it (when it's open) without knowing [attachment id="538" thumbnail="1"][attachment id="539" thumbnail="1"][attachment id="540" thumbnail="1"]about it. Might want to do something similar yourselves.

Good to post this in ask the factory. I hope these get read occasionally. The door corners are hazardous to feet and hands too. I took the sharp points off all mine with a metal file and put a small piece of tape on the remaining metal. I wonder if there is way the factory could use butt joints with rounded corners on cabinets and doors for the same time/cost?

I filed mine down as well. They still smart when I hit them with my head, but at least they are no longer like ARROW POINTS. I've been thinking about covering each with a bit of Sugru.

Every time we go camping, I notice the sharp edges, but never put it on my camper "to do" list.

Will file the sharp corners  today.

I went to harbor freight back in July and got a honing stone to knock the corners off, then home depot for a WIDE tip black sharpie to cover the bare white metal.

One of these days I'm going to get around to doing the actual repair.
