I'm very excited  8-) to find a board for the Livin Lite trailers, these trailers are practically unheard of down here, so I have been on my own as far a questions, modifications, etc.

We just returned from a trip to Colorado and New Mexico and the trailer performed extremely well.

What a product!!! Everywhere we go we have to give tours of the trailer and answer questions about it, maybe the factory should send me some product brochures to keep on board the trailer.

Welcome.  This is a relatively new forum so good chance many of your questions have not yet been posted and answered yet. As you would expect, there are a few exceptionally knowledgeable members that you will get to know.

Where is your home base?  I live in Virginia, near Virginia Beach.

We reside in Lafayette Louisiana (100 mi. west of New Orleans)

Welcome to our new and growing forum. I'm glad to see toy hauler, smaller CLs, and TCs check in. Larger CLs are pretty well covered and QSs are camped out elsewhere (pun intended)  :). Lots of questions and ideas are common to all LL products and all campers in general, so the more the merrier.

Welcome aboard.

Thats a nice looking rig. I've always had a thing for the toy haulers.

Beautiful rig!

What do you tow with, and what's your "toy".

As an aside, I would be nice if our home towns showed under our names.

Until that can be implemented (Sean?), we can all put it in our sig lines, if we want, as below.

Do tell us about any mods you have made.
One of the first mods was to add more storage and organizational items, I found a company called Pit Products who make aluminum accessories for the race car trailer folks.
I installed some shelves in the storage compartments and inside the trailer a fold out work station, paper towel holder, and some shelves.

I installed a Tri Metric battery monitor system and added level sensors to the tanks with the Level Guard Products Sensa Tank system, the selling point was the display was much smaller in size than the Series Tank Monitor system.

A DC voltage shut off system was added between the battery and inverter to completely shut off everything during storage.
another DC outlet was added near the stove area.
The battery is now dropped into the tongue area instead of on top of it to allow the storage door to open with the battery in place.

Maxx air covers were installed over the roof vents.

A lift kit from Perfect Casita was installed on each axle to raise the body (plumbing) 3 inches.
The access panel below the sink was replaced with a door assy built by the same people who built the cabinets in the trailer (Challenger Door)
The glass cover for the stove/sink combo blocked access when the stove wasn't being used, so I made a stainless cover that drops in over the stove burner and gives us a place for a coffee maker.
