What type of vent fans does a 2013 VRV use?

Can someone tell me what brand/model of roof vent fans the VRV basecamp uses?  the crank thing stop working and need to get a replacement.  I took off the interior trim and took out the part but nothing is marked on it and already bought 2 of the wrong ones!

Easiest way to be sure is to call Livinlite directly.  I read somewhere most roof vents are all the same size so you could probably replace it with a better Fantastic fan.  I am getting them in one that I have ordered.
