Not an "Ask"--A Thanks to the Factory

Wanted to post a note of thanks to the "Factory" for their great support in dealing with the failure of the power converter on our QS 6. They went "above and beyond" and resolved everything to our complete satisfaction. One of the many reasons we love our QS 6.

Glad to hear it. There have been a few negative posts lately, but I suspect there are many other positive stories that just haven't been posted yet. Our trailer was delivered without a sewer hose carrier, but they just shipped one out for us today. Once it arrives I should have one more positive story to tell.
