I did post this elsewhere this morning too.  I am not sure if this will help you or not but I have the QS 10.0 and ordered it with the LP.  Here is a pic of the set up from the factory.

Just no space on the 6.0 for a tank.  I wondered about that, too.  I do have the rear deck, but won't use it for propane.  The 1lb tanks are annoying.  I agree.  I plan to use my dual fuel stove if I camp in colder weather this coming fall.  Otherwise, I'll endure the small tanks.
