Hello everyone!  Last weekend the wife and I brought home to Georgia a 16DB that we found on Craigslist in NC.  After looking at several other brands, new and used, we were set on getting a Livin' Lite because of the construction.  We both really liked the utilitarian interiors of the pre-2015 models, and we are really happy with our purchase.  Looking forward to some fun times with our new Camplite!

Hi, this MJ. Our 16DB is just what we were looking for. We are looking forward to taking a little trip. Of course, I want to update the mattress. Any suggestions on what has been a good sturdy mattress? (queen 60x80). There are always tons of options on line about beds but each person has a personal preference, I'd appreciate the input.

Take a look at the choices Mattress Insiders carries for RVs. We got ours there and really like them.

I got a Trump Select from Sams club, now I would rather sleep in the camper than in the house.  (not an endorcement for prez, but still a NICE mattress ;)

Hi Everyone!
Thanks so much  for the mattress suggestions and the fine welcome. Really appreciated the input. Does anyone have a suggestion on what is the best cleaner to use inside on the floors/walls especially what works the best on the aluminum trim? The weather is so great this weekend! There are a couple of things Rob is having to do to get the FJ ready for our trip but I am getting the 16DB ready inside and out. Busy and thrilled to have this sweet little camper. Everyone is so helpful and nice on the forum. We hope to see some of you - camping. First trip on our wish list is F.D. Roosevelt State Park, Pine Mountain, GA.

I use Windex and soft cloths for most metal, plastic, and glass inside that are dusty or fingerprinty. If you have the bare aluminum floor, be careful to not use anything with wax in it. That can get very slippery when wet if the slightest wax/oil is on it.

Welcome from Texas! Very nice rig. We almost went with one of these. If we ever downsize...  Anyways, enjoy! I use Simple Green inside, diluting to about quarter strength. It works well on the aluminum and other surfaces and rinses away easily.
