Fan question

Have a wasp nest in fan. Don't think it is a fantastic fan. No live wasps but need to remove the softball size nest. What is the easiest/best way to clean the fan.

from the inside, remove 1 ea screw on opposite sides (takes a longish phillips screwdriver).  this will allow the screen to drop down.  clean and replace

There are a couple different types of fans. If you have the "turbo" fan, just remove the screw holding the vent cover knob, remove the knob, and the screen will twist off with its bayonet type mount. All from the inside.
