My 5.0 spare tire is mounted under the camper body. Has anyone installed another spare tire mount where it is easier to get to the spare? When you are my age with two new knees and two new hips, laying on the ground is not a pleasurable experience. Thanks!
i am not familiar with your model of camper, but if you have enough room on the tongue, you could use something like this (they make them for all sizes of frame rails)

I'm considering something similar for our 21BHS, both for convenience and to reduce tonge weight.
I would rather not have the weight cantilevered to the rear like the above bracket. I'm envisioning the tire's weight directly over the bumper, and just snugged in close to the rear of the trailer somehow.
When considering placement, also be sure to roughly calculate it's effect on tongue weight, so as not to have too much - or too little.
