Got what I think is a great deal on a used 21RBS. Found it actually on this forum in the classified section. I am very to find the trailer I wanted at a price I can afford.
My son, Kyle and I are planning a trip to NOLA and FL later this month. I think he is even more excited than I am!
This is our first camper and we look forward to being able to travel and bring the dogs.
Congratulations!
Where do you live?
Welcome & Congrats on your "New to You 21RBS!
Glad the forum helped you find what you wanted. I hope the "shakedown cruise" to FL goes well!
Thanks everyone!
We are in Marietta, Ga.
Since I'm new to travel trailers/ rvs, the incidentals that I need sure do add up, hoses, chocks, levelers....
Welcome to the board and I am happy you found helpful info here. I have asked a lot of questions of the experiened RVers here, and they have been very helpful and encouraging.
I agree with you about all of the items that you mentioned. I am also a first-time RVer. Who knew I needed such things as chocks, and not using the scissor jacks to level the trailer? I started out clueless. By the way, have you tried to back up with your trailer? How is that going? (Backing up my trailer is my latest accomplishment. Next is to calibrate my brake controller. Snow and ice on the roads has delayed this.)
I'm pretty close, in N GA near Blue Ridge.
We've had our 21BHS for about 8 or 9 months.
It's winterized and in our hangar now, but any time you'd like to visit the mountains and compare notes, I'm up for it!
Thanks everyone! We set sail in morning. I've been through the whole rig and think we are ready, but have to admit to being a bit nervous.
Eddie, I hope to be able to take some short trips to north GA this summer, hopefully we can connect at some point.
Welcome! I just now noticed your thread. Way to go! We too, just bought a used 21RBS, although it had no sign of use, other than a more affordable price tag. We love ours so far...no complaints at all.
Happy camping!
Belated welcome neighbor...
