Yeah the jacks cannot be used to actually level the unit. Or better yet, they shouldn't be used. The trailer isn't designed for that stress. As for its over all value I doubt you will get any real boost from the add ons. It's like fixing up a 4x4, you never really get the value of the lift or other parts. What year is your unit?
