Is there a way to add photos from the phone? I tried on computer but they are too large. Thank you.

The best way to load pictures would be to use a third party site like Flickr and then post a link to the boards. I could go into all the boring details, but in short the boards have a very limited amount of storage space and we will be maxing it out shortly. Flickr is a Yahoo site and gives a full terabyte of storage.
