There's a 2012 CL13QBB for sale locally on CraigsList with the optional tip-out full bed. It looks to be in good shape (haven't seen it in person yet), but the refrigerator is apparently on the fritz. The seller is looking into fixing that.
I'm in the market for a well-built, lightweight, small TT and this one seems to really nail everything I'm looking for.
The catch? The seller is asking $15k. I understand that Camp Lites are high quality TTs and likely hold their value well, but that seems crazy to me. It probably originally sold for $22-25k, but it was built over 5 years ago and has seen some use.
Does anyone have any insight on the realistic resale value of this TT?
Thanks in advance!

Assuming the fridge issue is fixed, $11-$12k is a realistic price range....or at least that's what I would ask if I were to sell my own 2012 13QBB (which I'm not but I do try to follow sales just in case I decide to upsize someday).
Also, my 2012 13QBB has been great, build quality is very good and have been very happy with it. You may however want to ask the seller if the tires have been replaced yet. If not, they are probably about due based on age...I just did mine a few months ago.

Seeing it will pretty much tell the story. A complete inspection of the camper and all its components will show whether it's been cared for and what it needs. Use the things it needs as negotiating points and take @Graham advice on tires and price. The fridge can be very expensive to fix or replace so make sure that is working. Do you have RV experience or can you take someone with you who does?
Thanks, guys. I'm going to check it out on Wednesday. Unfortunately I don't know anyone with extensive RV experience that can go with me, but I'll give it a good look over.
Good call on the tires and fridge. I'll be sure to ask about those items.
